Ingredients for a "Whiskey Sangaree"

• Blended Whiskey
• Tawny Port
• Club Soda
• Water
• Superfine Sugar
• Nutmeg
• Cinnamon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Tawny Port
• 2 1/2 oz Club Soda
• 2 tsp Water
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 Pinch Grated Nutmeg
• 1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon

Blending Instructions:

• Dissolve the sugar in the water and whiskey in a highball glass
• Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and add club soda
• Float tawny port on top
• Garnish with a lemon twist, and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon
• Serve
