Ingredients for a "Whiskey Peach Smash"

• Peach
• Mint
• Lemons
• Water
• Simple Syrup
• Canadian Whisky

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Small Peach
• 3 Mint Leaves
• 2 Pieces Lemons
• 1 oz Water
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Canadian Whisky

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle all ingredients except whiskey in a bar glass
• Add whiskey, and shake with ice
• Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a peach slice, and serve
