Ingredients for a "Wedding Bell Punch"
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 Liters Dry Red Wine
- 16 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- 12 oz Anejo Rum
- 8 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 4 oz Creme de Cacao
- 6.32 oz Chilled Champagne
- 16 oz Club Soda
- 16 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 Cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Superfine Sugar
- 2 Pints Hulled
- Quartered Strawberries
- 2 Sliced Oranges
Blending Instructions:
- Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved
- Add the bourbon, rum, creme de cacao, champagne, red wine, vermouth, club soda and ginger ale
- Stir well
- Add one large block of ice
- Garnish with orange slices and strawberries
- Makes 32 (6-ounce) punch cups
