Ingredients for a "Washoe Peel"

• Knob Creek® Bourbon Whiskey
• Triple Sec
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Knob Creek® Bourbon Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients intoa cocktail shaker
• Shake and strain over ice cubes in a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve
