Ingredients for a "Waking to the Call of the Mockingbird"

• Light Rum
• Sweet Vermouth
• Tawny Port
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Tawny Port
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve
