Ingredients for a "Vodka Swizzle"

• Vodka
• Lime Juice
• Bitters
• Superfine Sugar
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 3 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Add the lime juice, sugar, vodka and bitters to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
• Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosted
• Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass, and add club soda
• Serve with a swizzle stick
