Ingredients for a "Vodka Dry"

• Dry Sherry
• Vodka

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 tsp Dry Sherry
• 1 1/2 Vodka

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the sherry into a brandy snifter
• Swirl it around in order to coat the glass, then pour out the excess
• Stir the vodka in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and strain into the snifter
• Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve
