Ingredients for a "Vermouth Cassis Tall"

• Dry Vermouth
• Creme De Cassis
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
• 4 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the vermouth and creme de cassis into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Top with club soda, and stir well
• Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve
