Ingredients for a "Vaina"

• Sherry
• Chocolate Liqueur
• Cognac
• Powdered Sugar
• Egg Yolk

Quantities for one drink:

• 2.03 oz Sherry Or Oporto
• 1.01 oz Chocolate Liqueur
• 1.01 oz Cognac Or Brandy
• 2 - 3 Tblsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk

Blending Instructions:

• Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake it well
• Serve in a red wine glass and add in the top a bit of powdered cinnamon
