Ingredients for a "Under Kurant"

• Absolut Kurant
• Blue Curacao
• Pineapple Juice
• Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Absolut Kurant
• 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Shake the Absolut Kurant, blue curacao, and pineapple juice with ice
• Pour into a shot or low-ball glass, be sure and leave a bit of room to spare
• Add just enough Chambord to color the bottom of the glass
