Quantities for one drink:

• 0.51 oz Cariel Vanilla Vodka
• 0.51 oz Galliano Vanilla Liquor
• 0.68 oz Monin Creme De Cacao
• 0.51 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.51 oz Runy Red Grapefruit Juice
• 1 Unit/s Fresh Passionfruit Pulp
• 1 Tsp Gomme Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Add passion fruit pulp, gomme, in Boston shaking glass, add ice, Vanilla vodka, galliano, creme de cacao, pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice
• Shake hard with ice, Strain into Chilled martini glass
• Drown a suger cube in Bacardi 151 place in empty passionfruit shell, ignite, and place in glass for garnish
