Ingredients for a "Sweet Bananas"

• Milk
• Banana
• Honey

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Cups Milk
• 1 Banana
• Broken Into Chunks
• 1 Tblsp Honey

Blending Instructions:

• Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended
• Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up
