Ingredients for a "Strawberry Cream"

• Gin
• Strawberry Puree
• Lemon Juice
• Caster Sugar
• Strawberry Ice Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Gin
• 3 oz Strawberry Puree
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar
• 2 tbsp Strawberry Ice Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet
• Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry half, add straws, and serve
