Ingredients for a "Strawberry Bolle"

• Apple Cider
• Champagne
• Strawberries
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 Bottles Chilled Apple Cider
• 1 Bottle Chilled Champagne
• 1 Kg Strawberries
• Sliced
• Hulled
• 8 Tblsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Sprinkle strawbs with sugar, add one bottle cider
• Chill for several hours
• To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine
• Serve in small wine glasses
