Ingredients for a "St. Charles Punch"

• Brandy
• Triple Sec
• Port
• Lemon
• Sugar
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 3 oz Port
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Slice Lemon

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except port) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Top with port, add the slice of lemon, and serve
