Ingredients for a "Spencer Cocktail"

• Apricot Brandy
• Gin
• Orange Juice
• Bitters
• Orange Peel
• Cherry

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/4 tsp Orange Juice
• 1 Dash Bitters
• Twist of Orange Peel
• 1 Cherry

Blending Instructions:

• Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve
