Ingredients for a "South Coast Cocktail"

• Scotch Whisky
• Curacao Orange Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Simple Syrup
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/4 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1/4 oz Curacao Orange Liqueur
• 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Simple Syrup
• 1 1/4 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Mix all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice
• Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve
