Ingredients for a "Smiler"

• Tequila
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Ruby Port

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 tsp Ruby Port

Blending Instructions:

• Pour tequila, lemon juice, sugar and port into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and pour into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve
