Ingredients for a "Sloe Gin Rickey"

• Sloe Gin
• Lime
• Carbonated Water
• Lime

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Sloe Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lime
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Wedge Lime

Blending Instructions:

• Pour sloe gin and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water and stir
• Drop the wedge of lime in glass and serve
