Ingredients for a "Shetty Classic"

• Ricard® Pastis
• Bacardi® White Rum
• Absolut® Vodka

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Ricard® Pastis
• 1 oz Bacardi® White Rum
• 1 oz Absolut® Vodka

Blending Instructions:

• Pour Ricard, Bacardi rum and Absolut vodka into a bowl filled with sugar
• Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve
• Allow the drink to cool, and serve in a cocktail glass
