Ingredients for a "Senegali Sunshine"
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 Orange
- 2 Cups Orange Juice
- 6 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Curacao Orange Liqueur
- 4 oz Light Cream
- 1 Cup Crushed Ice
Blending Instructions:
- Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge
- Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely
- Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick
- Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries
