Ingredients for a "Scotch Rickey"

• Scotch
• Lime
• Carbonated Water
• Lime Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• Juice of 1/2 Lime
• Carbonated Water
• Lime Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water and stir
• Add the lime peel/rind and serve
