Ingredients for a "Rumba"

• Bailey's® Irish Cream
• Dark Rum
• Coffee
• Whipping Cream
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
• 3/4 oz Dark Rum
• 5 oz Hot Black Coffee
• 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste
• Gently float cream on top, and serve
