Ingredients for a "Rum Julep"

• Dark Rum
• Simple Syrup
• Mint

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/4 oz Dark Rum
• 1/6 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Mint Sprigs

Blending Instructions:

• In an old-fashioned glass, muddle simple syrup with mint leaves
• Fill glass with shaved/crushed ice and pour in rum
• Stir
• Garnish with additional mint sprig
