Ingredients for a "Rum Gimlet"

• Light Rum
• Lime Juice Cordial
• Lime

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice Cordial (Rose's)
• 1 Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the rum and Rose's lime juice into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with the lime wedge
