• Sugar
• Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
• Brandy

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Egg White
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 oz Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
• 1 oz Brandy

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice and strain into a wine glass
