Ingredients for a "Rose of the Ritz"

• Champagne
• Cognac
• Raspberry Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Raspberries

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Champagne
• 1 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 15 Raspberries

Blending Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients (except champagne) well in a blender and pour into a wine glass
• Add champagne, and serve
