Ingredients for a "Rose and Thistle"

• Banana
• Strawberries
• Milk

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Very Ripe Banana
• 1/2 Cup Strawberries
• 6 oz Milk

Blending Instructions:

• Slice the banana and add it to a blender with 6 ice cubes
• Add the strawberries and milk, and blend well
• Pour into a collins glass, and serve
