Ingredients for a "Raspberry Cream"

• Vodka
• Yoghurt
• Ice-cream
• Creme De Cacao
• Heavy Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 1/2 Tblsp Raspberry Yoghurt
• 1 1/2 Tblsp Raspberry Ice-cream
• 1 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
• 2 oz Heavy Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients in an electric blender at a low speed
• Pour into a champagne flute and serve
