Ingredients for a "Raleigh Autumn"

• Light Rum
• Apricot Brandy
• Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Pineapple Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1/2 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange slice
