Ingredients for a "Purple Heather"

• Scotch Whisky
• Creme De Cassis
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1 tsp Creme de Cassis
• 3 - 4 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Shake the whisky and cassis with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Fill with soda, and serve
