Ingredients for a "Pousse Cafe a la Francaise"

• Green Chartreuse®
• Maraschino Liqueur
• Cherry Brandy
• Kummel® Caraway Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
• 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
• 1/2 oz Kummel® Caraway Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass
• Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon
• Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel
• Serve
