Ingredients for a "Polar Bear Cooler"

• Dark Rum
• Punt E Mes Red Vermouth
• Lemon Juice
• Orange Juice
• 7-Up® Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Punt E Mes Red Vermouth
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Orange Juice
• 3 1/2 oz Cold 7-Up® Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Pour into a collins glass filled with broken ice and add a spiral of lemon
• Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry
• Serve with straws
