Ingredients for a "Plaza Cocktail"

• Dry Vermouth
• Sweet Vermouth
• Gin
• Pineapple

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Gin
• 1 Stick Pineapple

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the stick of pineapple and serve
