• Hazelnut Liqueur
• Vodka
• Green Creme De Menthe
• Heavy Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
• 2 oz Heavy Cream

Blending Instructions:
