Ingredients for a "Piper"

• Tequila
• Lemon Juice
• Dark Creme De Cacao
• Coffee

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
• 4 oz Strong Coffee

Blending Instructions:

• Pour tequila, lemon juice, dark creme de cacao and coffee (cooled to room temperature) into an irish coffee cup or irish coffee glass almost filled with crushed ice
• Stir well, and serve
