Ingredients for a "Pino Frio"

• White Rum
• Pineapples
• Caster Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz White Rum
• 2 tbsp Pineapples
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour white rum, two heaped tablespoons of pineapple chunks, and sugar into an old-fashioned glass
• Blend until smooth, add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly
