Ingredients for a "Pink Rose Fizz"

• Gin
• Club Soda
• Light Cream
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 4 oz Club Soda
• 2 tsp Light Cream
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Shake everything with ice (except for the soda)
• Strain into a highball glass, fill the glass with soda
