Ingredients for a "Pineapple Wine Cooler"

• White Wine
• Club Soda
• Pineapple Juice
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz White Wine
• 2 oz Club Soda
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Shake everything except soda with ice; strain into a collins glass
• Add 2 oz of soda and garnish with a pineapple spear if desired
