Pineapple JulepAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Pineapple Julep"

• Mint
• Pineapple
• Simple Syrup
• Bourbon Whiskey

Quantities for one drink:

• 4 Fresh Mint Sprigs
• 3 Ripe Pineapple Wedges
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup, in a mixing glass
• Add bourbon and ice, and shake well
• Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and stir well until frosted
• Garnish with two further mint sprigs, and serve
