Ingredients for a "Pineapple Francine"

• Light Rum
• Apricot Brandy
• Cream
• Pineapple Juice
• Pineapple

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Cream
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Chunks

Blending Instructions:

• Blend everything with a cupful of ice until desired smoothness is reached
• Add ice if necessary
• Pour into glasses
