Ingredients for a "Pineapple Fizz"

• Light Rum
• Club Soda
• Pineapple Juice
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Light Rum
• 6 - 8 oz Club Soda
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Shake everything except the soda with ice; strain into a highball glass
• Fill with the soda
