Ingredients for a "Pineapple Currant"

• Dark Rum
• Creme De Cassis
• Dry Vermouth
• Pineapple Juice
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 6 - 8 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Shake everything except the soda with ice; strain into a cocktail glass
• Fill with soda
