Ingredients for a "Picon Limon"

• Amer Picon
• Creme De Cassis
• Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Amer Picon
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
• 1/2 oz Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
• Fill With Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Stir Amer Picon, creme de cassis and lime juice with cracked ice and strain into a large chilled wine glass (should hold 16 ounces)
• Fill with soda water and garnish with a twist of lemon
