Ingredients for a "Picadilly Punch"

• Lemons
• Cloves
• Cinnamon
• Nutmeg
• Sugar
• Ruby Port
• Cognac

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Lemons
• 12 Whole Cloves
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 1/4 Grated Nutmeg
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 2 Cups Ruby Port
• 25.35 oz Cognac

Blending Instructions:

• Peel lemons and stud with cloves
• Simmer lemons in a pan along with the other ingredients
• Ignite some cognac and pour into the pan
• Extinguish with the rest of the cognac
• Serves about 10
