Ingredients for a "Penelope"

• Malibu® Coconut Rum
• DeKuyper® Peachtree Schnapps
• Triple Sec
• Orange Juice
• Cranberry Juice
• Strawberry Puree

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
• 1/2 oz deKuyper® Peachtree Schnapps
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 2 oz Cranberry Juice
• 1 Dash Strawberry Puree

Blending Instructions:

• Mix alcohols in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
• Add the juice and grenadine, and shake
• Pour into a hurricane glass (incl
• ice), add puree and serve
