Ingredients for a "Pegu"

• Gin
• Cointreau
• Lime Juice
• Angostura Bitters
• Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Cracked Ice

Blending Instructions:

• Stir with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lime twist
