Ingredients for a "Peach Blow Fizz"

• Gin
• Light Cream
• Lemon
• Powdered Sugar
• Peach
• Carbonated Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Light Cream
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 Peach
• Carbonated Water

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
