Ingredients for a "Pawpaw Paradise"

• Papaya
• Milk
• Dark Rum
• Crushed Ice
• Sugar
• Strawberries

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Ripe Papaya
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1 Cup Dark Rum
• 1 Cup Crushed Ice
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• Strawberries

Blending Instructions:

• Using a papaya or mango, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender
• Add the milk, rum, ice and sugar
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with strawberries
