Ingredients for a "Pat Quinn Float"

• Scotch
• Orange Soda
• Ice-cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Scotch Whiskey (Cutty Sark)
• 4 oz Orange Soda
• 2-3 Scoops Ice-cream

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the orange pop/soda into a mixing glass and then the scotch whiskey
• Shake or stir
• Scoop some ice cream into a short, wide glass
• Pour the scotch and orange pop/soda into this glass
